Are your products waterproof?

Answer: No, the units must be fitted inside the passenger compartment or in a dry place

What is the temperature range of your units?

Answer: -10 to 60 degree C. The SPARK-AMP can go up to 85C.

Can I fit the SPARK-AMP to any of your units?

Answer: Yes. All XMS units require a external IGNITION AMPLIFIER.

Can you make a special engine management system just for me?

Answer: Yes, if you have the right quantities. We do have an OEM policy in place and supply units and know-how.

Where can I get more information about your products?

Who can service these units?

Answer: The units must come back to the factory for service/repair. Encapsulated units can’t be serviced. We have protected the units against (most? all?) mishaps and the units are guaranteed.

Why do you constantly upgrade your products eg: PRS, XMS ?

Answer: We constantly upgrade our products, so that we can give the user more performance and also responding to your demands and needs. We have to stay in the forefront of technology to give you the best cost/performance ratio.

Why two tuning maps?

Answer: Ok, you can do with ONE. But consider a standard map, and in addition one for ECONOMY, or RACING, or HIGH ALTITUDE, or BAD FUEL, or GOOD FUEL, or whatever you want. Most folks just use the second map for "fooling around", and trying things out.
