SMT5 INSTALLATION ON A MUSTANG

Jairo Echeverri Co., our distributor in Colombia installed a SMT5 onto a Ford Mustang. Here are the details of his installation.

Model:	Ford Mustang GT
Engine:	Mustang Cobra 5.8 Litre

Equiped with Nitrous Oxide duel stage controlled by Master Mind (R). Dyno tested 420 HP at the wheels before the SMT and Nitrous Oxide. Origional ECU from the factory.
Dyno tests with the SMT, about 495 HP at the wheels with the Nitrous Oxide.
Fuel management system by Ford Motorsports extender unit attached to the ECU.
Timing controlled by the SMT.
The car runs in the 1/4 mile and these are a few stats:
Before the SMT:	12.8 seconds
With the SMT:	12.1 seconds
without nitrous oxide:	13.0 with SMT
1/4 mile raced at 2600 meters of sea level.
